Qaqambile Ngumbela is an accomplished professional engineer with an impressive track record of both technical and leadership excellence in his twelve years of work experience.

Qaqambile’s last role was as at one of the largest and most respected consulting firms in South Africa. His successful track record of consistent delivery against stringent and stretched operational, technical and financial performance targets led to his appointment as the youngest shareholder in that business.

Qaqambile’s experience spans from finance, marketing and business development, people management, and strategic planning and risk management. His technical expertise is in project and programme management, transportation master planning, rural and urban roads, and construction monitoring.

Solomon Munthali is a highly skilled senior Engineer on the verge of becoming a registered professional engineer with ECSA. His competency in the field of civil engineering comprises of intense and vast design and project management skills obtained over seven years of work experience where four years were spent in the design office and the other three, in project management.

Solomon’s experience spans from geometric and pavement design of single and dual carriageways, investigation and rehabilitation design of rural single carriageways and urban streets, designing of major & minor storm-water systems, sewer treatment plants, design office and project management for road design and supervision of contracts for rural and urban roads and sewerage treatment plants plus site supervision.
